In 1972, The PMCC 4th Watch church was established in the Philippines by a man named Arsenio Ferriol, a pastor from a previous Pentecostal Christian church, who claimed that God came to him and appointed him as the leader of all Christians, making him the new apostle of Jesus Christ. This was the beginning of the PMCC 4th Watch cult. It started very small, from just a few members, and has grown to an estimated 20,000 members with larger churches and in various countries.
The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) is a Pentecostal Christian religious cult and hate organization founded in the Philippines by its leader Arsenio Ferriol. The 4th Watch is also known as a charismatic and prosperity church. It is this religious cult that is the focus of this project.
As a cult, the church practices highly unusual behaviors and is potentially dangerous to its members and others. Unfortunately, the church has long successfully disguised itself as a legitimate or mainstream religion. It has most of the classic signs of cultic environments, including the cult leader who warns you must pay him money to go to Heaven and avoid Hell, and carrying out various forms of psychological programming, including brainwashing and mind control. This project will teach you more about them.
When you consider the facts, Arsenio Ferriol is an evil man. We like to call him Arsehole Ferriol. If he wasn't evil, he wouldn't go around pretending to be God's favorite prophet, stealing everyone's money and tricking them into working for him to help him steal even more money. Our belief is that he cares nothing for his people or the victims he preys upon. His only goal is to glorify himself and to make as much money as he can before he dies, and to then pass on the family business to his son. If only we could make persons understand more about him, we could literally save lives. We tried to obtain any records pertaining to any criminal background he might have, but doing so in the Philippines has proven to be difficult. But if it was up to us, scamming hundreds of persons out of their money is definitely cause for a criminal record...and jail.
We do not have all of the details of how this man began his journey into the world of cultic practice, but we have learned that he was a Pentecostal preacher to begin with. One day, "as the legend goes", he apparently decided to meditate and then saw God in a vision. Not very original, but it's been working for cult members for thousands of years. Of course, God chose him as his one and only true prophet, as he always does with just about every other cultic nut, and appointed him as the apostle, giving him sole authority on the Christian religion, obviously. But apparently, Mr. Ferriol did not want this responsibility, and refused to follow God's command. And so because of Arsenio's defiance, God caused Arsenio to get into a terrible car accident. It was only then when Arsenio accepted God's calling. What a lovely story. We have to start calling publishers to add a new book in the Bible. Right after "The Book of Revelation of St. John the Divine", we could have the next book be titled "Scamming the Innocent by Aresnio Ferriol the Scam-Artist Apostle".
The Philippines is notorious for spawning many similar cult leaders, and Arsenio Ferriol is really just another false prophet among many in the Philippines. In fact, from other fellow cult leaders could be where he got the idea to start his scamming business. This could also be why so many other cult members hate him, as he is taking away from their potential profits. The Philippines is a beautiful country. It is unfortunate it has been uglied by the likes of these disgusting criminals. In any case, Arsenio T. Ferriol certainly isn't the last person who will claim to be "chosen" by God as his one true prophet. This will be happening for hundreds of years until Christianity finally dies.
