The first unbiblical property of the 4th Watch is an obvious one, and that is the apostle himself. As I explained earlier, he claims that God had come to him in a vision and made him the Apostle, and he alone is the authority on what the Bible teaches and how the church of God is to be run.

Many false prophets do rise. They having been coming forward and deceiving many for years, starting their own cults, and Arsenio Ferriol is nothing new. He is just another con-artist pretending to be a prophet. The truth is, he's no prophet. He is a very smart con-artist and business man that has fooled thousands of persons and has taken their money from them. That's it. He has never been able to demonstrate how he is a true teacher, especially that he is the only true prophet, nor has be ever been able to back up or verify any of his claims.
The Bible implies that a false prophet will be greedy, and will lie to you in order to gain wealth. This is exactly what Arsenio has shown to be. He obviously makes up lies, and he is obviously greedy. His greed is made visible by lying to get money, emphasizing on tithing, and not paying his employees to run his business. He sits back and takes pleasure in all of the wealth that rolls in that he takes from his members.
The fact that he gives himself such illustrious titles, doesn't pay his employees, teaches both immoral and incorrect things, cannot backup his claims, and cannot unify multiple cultures and races, proves he is no apostle sent from God. He is nothing more than a criminal who should have been put in jail a long time ago...and his son can join him.
